Compliance & Transparency

As public radio station, KUYI is required to meet the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations to stay on air. In order to receive grant funding from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), KUYI must disclose certain information publicly.

FCC Compliance Information

On May 28, 2021 the Hopi Foundation, KUYI - FM, 88.1, Hotevilla, Arizona filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for renewal of license;

Members of the public wishing to view this application or obtain information about how to file comments and petitions on the application can visit public files dot fcc dot gov & search in KUYI FM’s public file.

 

In addition, on May 28, 2021, KUYI-LP, 89.1, Upper Moencopi, Arizona, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for renewal of license;
