Native Voice One is a native run distribution service. NV1 provides eclectic and informative Native programs to KUYI like Native America Calling, Undercurrents, Rezervations with Dawn Karima, American Indian Living and Voices of the Elders.
Through a rebroadcast agreement, Arizona Public Radio's KNAU and KPUB, based at Northern Arizona University, provide KUYI listeners with essential NPR national and local news as well as the following stellar programs: PRI's The World and Weekend All Things Considered.
Supporting Native American access to the airwaves by representing Native stations in policy discussions on Capitol Hill and advocating for Native American access to the airwaves, NPM (founded by past KUYI Manager Loris Taylor) leads the way in Native community radio advocacy.
